Legos
Legos is a global telecommunications platform provider covering 110 countries. The platform handles 1.2 billion minutes and 360 million SMS per year, serving 100+ operators with white-label voice, messaging, mobile, and data services. Partners include Sinch, Ringover, and Trustteam.
As Telecom Architect, I managed critical infrastructure for the Full MVNO platform: 4G, SIP core, SMS, MMS, roaming, fraud detection, and traffic analytics. I worked with a team of four engineers, managing end-to-end service delivery for thousands of live customers, and collaborating with Cisco, Sonus, RedHat, and VMware on integration and maintenance.

Takeaway
Telecom infrastructure is where I learned that reliability isn't about avoiding failure, it's about recovering fast. Managing 24/7 systems for thousands of live customers taught me to design for the 3am page, not the happy path.
